Request for unblock

I have asked that adult content be activated as I use Grindr. I have got this activate and send proof of identity through to service provide Autopage. Still getting message stating Vodacom has blocked this content as adult content and can't view need to verify age. Spoke to Vodacom contact center and told had to take proof of ID to Vodacom store to unblock. This is unacceptable as they were the ones to block it in the first place a weeks ago without notifying their contract users. I have RICA already and have contract with Autopage which can verify my age through my ID and birthdate recorded on their system. How on earth did this happen? This is extremely inconvenient and time consuming, although reasons for this access is reasonable why not make the process far easier?
