Request for Copy of Contract

I requested a signed copy of my contract with Vodacom on 31 March 2015.<br> In the request, I specified that I need to examine the contract clauses to check where I agreed to a price increase mid-contract.<br> <br> I have since received everything BUT my contract, and I can only assume that Vodacom has either lost my contract, or the clause they refer to to justify the increase does not exist in my contract.<br> <br> I would like this escalated to the required department, and my query handled, hopefully before my contract expires.
