Request for Contract ignored

As everyone knows, Vodacom are going ahead with their unnecessary price increase.<br> I contacted Vodacom beginning of April to ask for a copy of the contract where I apparently agreed to them setting whatever prices they want. It takes \7 working days". It has been a month now and I'm still waiting. When I contact them they say they'll tell archives it's urgent. No one cares. Price goes up. Service goes down. I will not be renewing my contract when it expires if this is the service I can expect..."""
