Request Cancel a cellphone contract that's 2 years overdue with VODACOM

Hi, please assist me with cancelling a cellphone contract with VODACOM. My two cellphone contracts expire in March 2020 and I opted not to upgrade or renew. Vodacom then put me on month to month. I have tried to cancel the contract to no success. I recall that in October 2021 I called and I paid the arrears for one account and requested to speak to the Manager of Cancellations to query the extension done on the other. The Call got Cut and Manager never came back to me. January 2022 I find myself in arrears again. On 13 January I called Cancellations and was refferred to Accounts and spoke to Zinhle who was very helpful and explained that I need to log a dispute with Accounts. I was refferred to Accounts and spoke to Ayanda. Zinhle explained the issue to Ayanda and while Ayanda was seemingly logging the dispute, I got cut off again and tried unsuccesfully to reconnect myself. Today, on 14 Jan, I called Cancellations and spoke to Alusanda who tried to transfer me to Accounts and I explained to her. she went to speak to the manager and came back insisting I should speak to Accounts. I refused to spend the same amount of time again and I asked to Speak to Ayanda but was informed he was on leave. I then requested to speak to the manager or whoever else I can complain to before they suspend my line again. The Manager again refused to come through and i was transferred to the voice recordings informing me that I should pay the arrears. I cannot keep paying arrears when they are the ones who refuse to cancel the Contract. please help me cancel this contract because this is now bullying and forcefully taking my money by VODACOM.
