reprehensible Vodacom Lakeside Mall

Vodacom Atore in Lakeside Mall refuses to improve its service. The people working here take their own time attending to customers

There's never enough technical support and if they are they people they are always locked in the away, in the back room coming in and out without attending to clients and then give you no explanation at to why you have to wait an hour with two people in the line.

The ticket system works only sometimes upstairs. And your just left there while people. It onto line.

We paying customers, I bought a phone worth R14 thousand Rand but I'm no more than being in some government department line with absolute medio service and total disregard of the "Vodacom" Brand.

I absolutely dislike coming to this store! It's not worth my time and money to even consider coming here
