Reporting that phone had been repaired when not
I sent my Samsung S5 mini in for the screen to be fixed (the display was malfunctioning, inverting the colours and switching on an off). Throughout the process I was sent messages about the progress of the repairs with the final message reporting my phone was fixed and could collect it. Before I got a chance to do that, a lady from the Vodacom shop in Jeffreys Bay called to say my phone still had the exact same issue. I find this to be shocking service, terrible communication and an absolute waste of my time. I am very dissapointed in Vodacom's repair service. They spent a week 'fixing' my phone with no progress and then reported it fixed. Absolutely unacceptable!
