reported vodacom on hello peter not even 1 respond

I reported vodacom on hello peter after I took my tablet to the shop and they said it is not fixable but on the box it says 1 year warrantee... So plz don't ever but the tablet from Vodafone its ridiculous... I put a complaint on hello peter and they didnt phone nothing this is really bad I won't use vodacom again... And now I can upgrade ... I think I'll take a skip on that one..
