Reported ***** Not Investigated for 7 Months!!

In November 2014 I reported a ********** package that was taken in my name. I was requested to fax my ID and an affidavit so that an investigation could be authorized. I comp****. Upon follow up after two months, I was told that my documents were misplaced and requested to resend. Again I comp****.<br> <br> Around March/ April 2015, my authorized Vodacom line was blocked (up to now). Subsequently I was sent a letter of demand for a substantial amount. I believe Vodacom has even listed me because I received messages from financiers. I called Vodacom to follow up on the outcome of the investigation last week (1st week of June 2015) and was told the same old story that nothing has been done, save for the letter of demand. Today I have emailed the requested documents (ie, ID and affidavit), I can only pray that finally Vodacom will investigate and INFORM ME once the investigation is over. I am also praying that they will REMOVE MY NAME FROM THE ITC since I'm being brutally punished for their incompetence!<br> <br> I do NOT expect an apology from Vodacom for misplacing my documents, for listing me in the ITC,for sending me pathetic letters of demand and for blocking my number I have used for 15 years!
