Reported a ***** on my account since Feb 2023, its now April and I am still being billed. There seems no end in sight or proper response.

On 15 Feb 2023, I reported a *****ulent contract that had been taken out on my Vodacom profile. I reported it to client care, who then referred me to '********'.

I sent '********' all the details on the 15 Feb 2023. On 20th of Feb, they rep****, requesting information and that I sign a letter from Vodacom. I sent this back on 8 March 2023.

I queried progress and received a message on 14 March 2023 that they are still working on the case.

I then called in on the 30th of March and spent 45 minutes on the phone to Client Care, who informed me that the case would be escalated and they would get back to me on the 3rd of April.

As at 11th April 2023, still no reply from Vodacom, and I am still being billed for this *****ulent account....which was again billed on my April invoice. Ridiculous.

Very bad customer service, especially in the instance that Vodacom actually contacted me in February querying whether a ***** was being perpetrated against my account, which I confirmed it was and they were to block the *****. Now its April and I am still paying for this *****ster Vodacom bill. I have tried the following channels which have not been responsive - and by being responsive, I mean by sorting this out:

1. Client Service (NOSERVICE) x 3 calls 2. ***** Department 3. Facebook messenger (just keep on asking for information which I have already provided over and over)
