Reported 2 years ago no signal!!!!

Reported poor signal 2 years ago. Vodacom said that a tower was about to be put up at Eldo Spar. Since January '18 hardly any signal. Reported this 5 Feb '18 Refno. A2AQLY-BWW1OP. Followed up on 12 Feb '18. An IT guy, Sello, came to our office to test the signal and found no signal and reported this to Vodacom. Up to this date nothing from Vodacom. We signed a two year contract with Vodacom and once signed they don't care about giving service to their clients but you as the client has to pay your contract every month
