Report for insurance to pay for my fone

I recently wrote a review regarding vodacom umhlanga ridge with regards to a report for my fone as i sent it for repairs,and they played hide and sick with regards to the report as i have my own insurance,still today they did not contact me,i sent my fone middle of january and im fed up with them,as soon as my contract is done ,i will change my network,i cant be paying for such pathetic customer care
