report closed out but not fixed

As per my previous complaint regarding the spam SMS'S that i am receiving from vodacom. i was contacted and assured that the issue was resolved but again no action was taken. no reference number was given to me so i can again not follow up on the status. i am still receiving messages about data usage which is false and after specifically requesting that all notifications be stopped i receive a message that my notifications have been activated.So as has been the issue for the last eight months Vodacom has again claimed to have resolved and closed out the issue without any action being taken.
