Replacing unregistered phones

On the 4th December my blackberry cell phone was replaced by insurance. I went the the South Coast Mall branch of vodacom for the replacement which was done by Chris. For a while my phone keeps shutting down, switching off totally or just restarting. Wanted to send it in for repairs but got told my phone is blacklisted and was done a week later on the 13th December and it was not done by me. I contacted them to check what is going on and get a copy of the slip only to be told it is not on the system.
