Replacement letter
I'm very disappointed in vodacom, i have a contract with them where I took an iPhone 14plus then it got lost last year . I went to claim and they gave me the run around for a whole week, which I then got an iPhone 16 plus as a replacement. Fast forward i canceled their insurance and got a new insurance which im currently claiming at but struggling to do so coz my contract invoice still shows the iphone 14 plus. Been calling them to send me a letter stating that I got a replacement with no luck, they are busy telling me stories. Mxm
