Replacement for R5000 for a R1500 phone !!!

I took my contract Phone to Vodaworld for repairs , the camera wasn't working and it was freezing , so they tried to update the software but it failed to , so they book it in . And they said is water damaged they 'll call back to tell me how much I must pay for repairing it , to my surprise they said they cant fix it but they can replace it for R5000 ( SERIOUSLY) . The phone itself is R1500 a new one , I told them not to do anything I'll come and take it , and when I get home the phone if ****ed up its no longer working its just flushing the light. <br> <br> Can someone just fix my phone , I took it in working now its no longer working . I was just about to upgrade but with this kind of service ..... Please sort my phone out .
