Replaced 2nd Refurbished phone

Good day. I took the BLACKBERRY 9720 (Nov 2015), I paid almost R700 in on my package, to get the better phone, Then not even 5 months down the line (March 2015), it just don't want to charge, so they gave me a \Refurbished\" phone. (as the say apparently the BLACKBERRY 9720\"s has this problem. Then not even 7 months later (Sept 2015) the refurbished phone was doning the exact same, don't want t charge. So after booking the phone in, waited +/- 8 weeks, they gave me a \"REURBISHED\" phone AGAIN!!!, Now 6 months later the 2nd REFURBISHED phone also don't want to charge!!!! And I hardly used it since I got the 2nd refurbished phone, as I bought myself a other phone, as I couldn't waited so long for the phone. Now I want to know what is going to be done now..... for the 3rd time??? And it costing me every 6months to drive up and down to cresta, my inconviency going with out a phone. I want answers. I just have been loyal as a Vodacom customer, refuring my friends..... but now I am starting to re-think that. "
