Repeatedly selling contracts to pensioner

In December 2015 I complained about my aged mother having multiple contracts with Vodacom and their service providers who constantly call to sell her new contracts or renew her current contracts despite me having repeatedly ask that they STOP IT! She cant afford it!!!!!! We got a call saying someone is attending to it and that is as far as it was attended to.

Please stop it NOW!!!!

My original message:
My 65 year old mother has multiple contracts with Vodacom costing her more than R1000 a month. She is a pensioner and can obviously not afford this. I have on numerous occasions intercepted sales calls from Vodacom and requested that they no longer sell her contracts and renew contracts as she does not always understand what she is getting herself into. This is really ********* to let an old lady spend so much of her pension on cellphone contracts that she obviously does not use.
