Repeated repairs and broken phone

Since last year my cellphone has been in for repairs and broken again 4 times. I was told on the 3rd repair that if it breaks again it would be replaced. I was phoned a few days ago, after handing it in for the 4th time, that another repaired version can be collected. After asking why it was repaired and not replaced, the assistant said that a superior will be contacted. Ever since, no one coming back to me. It is for a Nokia, the last job number was *** on 7th Oct 2015. The first repair was already last year.
