Repeated *****, Differing Amounts ... No Resolution

I am at my wits end with Vodacom. All I need to know is why there is an amount of R4912.00 appearing on my credit report from Vodacom.

As per the conversation that I have had with their legal department this morning, the first account was "***** proven" in 2015 already, and the amount on that account was over R17000. The second account, they can't tell me the amount as it has already been handed over to debt collectors.

The debt collectors are asking me for R3474.93 on this second account. (By the way, this is also a ********** account, which I am sorting out with them - and I didn't appreciate Vodacom's legal department acting like I am a **** and trying to upset me even further).

So where does the amount of R4912 come from that is appearing on my name? Literally noone at Vodacom can tell me and I have spent over a week of my own time and energy trying to resolve this.

2 days later, and I have done more to resolve this the consultant who you put me in touch with.
I now have at least found out what account is appearing on my credit report (no thanks to Vodacom), and suprise-surprise, it was the first account which I was told had been "***** - confirmed" in 2015 and was "accidentally handed over to debt collectors". I suppose you also "accidentally" reported me to the credit bureau?
Now that I have cleared this up, I need to know WHEN my name will be cleared, and I need a LETTER or some form of correspondence that I can use in the meantime to show that it is an error.
I have already spoken to your legal department, and been in email correspondence with your customer service agent. Neither of these departments can help me TODAY. I need this today because I am applying for a home loan and I need to submit my documents this afternoon.
I have been trying to resolve this matter since Monday 3 July 2017, and have a full correspondence trail of everything that I have done to try and resolve this. I didn't just wake up this morning and decide that I need to resolve this today. I have gone out of my way to investigate this because you have been bs-ing me for days now.
All I need is one simple letter, and an answer.
