Repeated Disconnections

The problem began more than a year ago when Vodacom took over Nashua Mobile. Their accounting department was ill-equipped for such a huge move. Since then my father's phone is constantly being \cut-off\". He had never been in arrears nor had he ever used up all his minutes/smss while at Nashua, but now constantly \"appears\" to be in arrears at Vodacom. The first cut-off was at a critical time when he was injured and in need of medical attention. Vodacom had not alloted payments to the correct account so they just cut-off! Vodacom has, to date Never sent him an account for his cell, tablet etc. and thus we have never been able reconcile any of the payments that were made during that handover time from Nashua. I can understand data having a limit and thus being cut-off, but to not even have access to incoming calls, is ridiculous...particularly when the account (dated 3 Mar) was paid on 8 March, but only DUE on 31 March! They charge for \"itemized billing\"...but we dont get an account! Oh and then we have to pay a reconnection fee as well! I called Vodacom this morning as we were unable to access the website (due to being cut-off!) . After getting thru to a callcenter, I was CUT-OFF!"
