Repairs vodacom
I took my phone to vodacom repairs Lakeside Mall Benoni on the 11th of June, for screen repairs after 3 working days I received a call from them saying that everything will be R5200 wich I accepted after 7 working days they called me with private number saying that my phones main borde is damaged and my speaker is not there plus the phone is beyond repairs they want R13131. 95 to fix the phone mind you this is a contract phone am still paying for it after that I went to the shop yesterday and found the sales manager JD who was also shocked about this... When they checked on the system for my details my number was wrong wich was confusing cause they used my correct number to call me the repair manager Ana asked me not to sue the company but still she hasn't gave me a reason as to why they damaged my phone cause the first technician I took it too in Durban confirmed that the main borde and the speaker was there just that he didn't have the original screen and am not the first customer with this complaint am so not happy about the service it's ****ed up I don't know what kind of bull**** is this they damaged my phone now they want me to pay for it

Kindly note we have escalated your query to our Advance Repairs Team. Based on the feedback provided the team has confirmed they have looked into your query and advised of the following:
The Customer brought the device in on 11th of June for Physical Damage The Unit was quoted for the replacement of the LCD and the Battery Cover @R5229.14. The customer accepted the quotation but once the device was opened to do the repair it was found that the device was worked on somewhere else. There is Spares Missing, and the Main Board is Damaged. Unit was requoted @R13131.60. I reached out to ARC and they can supply us with an ROR Unit @ R6 829,16. Customer Rejected the quote for the replacement. Customer wants the information on the damaged device, but it is not possible as the main Board is Damaged.

12 Jul 2024, 11:29I never rejected any ROR and the main board was not damaged when I brought the phone to this store, I want my device in the condition that I gave it in cause now everyone at the repairs are telling me different stories if I don't get my device into the condition I gave it to you guys I am going to sue vodacom repairs at lakeside mall cause you've been taking me for a ride now I have evidence that the phone was not damaged on the main board just the screen that had to be replaced I will take this further to the head office and to the whole world to know what kind of ****mers you are cause am not the first customer to be ****med like this am suing this shop and I swear I will have it closed you've messed up with the wrong person how can a phone am still paying for be damaged on the main board no ways
