Repairs to Sony

<p>Had the phone for 8months. Has not been working correctly since day one. Switches off no battery even on charge screen black ect. Google showed lots of these phones has the same problem.</p> <p>After updating the software. Sending it to Vodacom for repairs. Now on the second time they wont repair the phone under warranty because the screen has n small crack.</p> <p>We need to pay R2400 for the repairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>They supply you with a phone that is proven not to work and then still wont repair it. We dont want the screen fixed we want the phone to work.</p> <p>Worst of all 8 months of a two year contract with a phone that doesn't work.
