Repairs to my phone done 4 times with the similar

I send in my phone wich is still under warranty for 4 times with the similar problem each time as I have the Job cards of all four times it has been taken in. They said it would be replaced after the third time, as this was not what happened. I stay 80km from the Vodacom outlet so u can imagine I had to drive 640km in total to go and fetch a phone. I could not even use it this year yet as it was in for repairs, had to buy another one.
