Repairs taking too long

I have not had any communication from Vodacom since last week Friday 20th March 2016 for a phone I gave in for repairs on the 13th March 2015. I went to Vodacom repairs to check if it is back yet and they said I'll get another sms and so far I have not received any sms as yet. It has been too long and I need this phone as it is a business phone. <br> <br> I anticipate response from this complaint as I have tried to call Vodacom Repairs Menlyn multiple times and the line is always engaged or there is no response.<br> <br> Job RNumber: ***
