Repairs / Service

I booked in my phone with Vodacom in green point cape town on 17/03/16 as it was faulty- problem with the software and I was told it will take +-3 hour if I take it myself to Century City Repair Centre & 3 weeks or so if they book it in themselves which I do not understand why the difference .Today- 29/03 I thought I should try my luck & see if I wont get it as it more than 3 hours... I was told that it is not done, I asked if I can not be given a loan phone as I do not have one- to my surprise...I was told Vodacom do not give loan phones any more.. how I am suppose to be without a phone for such a long time, all my contacts are on my sim card which I can not use in any phone - I just can not do any thing!!! <br> <br> When I called Vodacom on 082 111 I was given a repair centre in Maitland to check if the phone is done or when it will be done.. the phone is just ringing ..
