Repairs not done to handset
Good day<br> <br> It is absolutely ridiculous - I just collected my phone after 3d visit to ARC(***) since 06 Aug - at 13:30 today from Plett store Vodacom, and made a call at approx 13:50 and THE PROBLEM PERSISTS - same disturbance as before - GARY, you tested this phone yourself and found the earphone disturbance problem as well - it is not something I am making up.<br> <br> The side flap seems to still be stuffed up after the 2nd visit to the advanced repair centre. <br> <br> When is this going to come to a solution. I will say the SA thing now - I DEMAND A NEW HANDSET as clearly not VODACOM or SONY is prepared to sort this out.<br> <br> Regards<br> Paul<br> ***<br>
