Repairs not done as promised

Hi my name is Nomonde Mngadi I'd like to express the level of disappointment I'm feeling right now, I took in my iphone 5 16GB for repairs at VodaCom repair centre at Sandton City about 3 weeks ago and I was given a quote of R975 and was told my phone would be fixed, I advised the gentleman that I need my phone ASAP as that is my only source of communication right now and they told me the sooner I accept the quote the better and I accepted. After accepting the quote I waited for someone to call me back and no one did until I had to call in and find and only then I was told my phone wasn't sent through and I was advised its been sent through for repairs and I got an apology for the delay. This morning I get an email notifying me that my phone is beyond economical repair, after having to wait for almost a month and I had to follow up myself as no one kept me in the loop I am then told my phone cannot be repaired. Why was I not told this previously and I would have made a plan to get a new phone, Vodacom has wasted my time and I am so disappointed and thinking of even changing networks if this is the type of service I will be getting from them. I am still without a phone by the way.
