Repairs, I am not sure whether to laugh or cry!

I have had to send in my phone for the third time now, for the same fault! Every time they take a month. Every time I have to call and ask where my phone is, for their sms system is about as accurate as the weather channel!! Right now, none of them can tell me where my phone is. I have called three different nrs for different departments and everyone keeps referring me to someone else???<br> <br> I used to be your greatest fan, but I am slowly losing my loyalty.....
