Repairs complaint: Job number ***7

I'm very much dissapointed in the service, received from Vodacom. I bought an Iphone device from them last year, within 12 months it started giving me problems mid march but it was not bad. End March the problems persisted but I could not take my phone to the repairs due to lock down. first week of May, I took in the phone to Istore Somerst mall and Vodacom somerset mall but didn't get any joy. Istore's technician were fully booked and intended on giving me a future date i was not happy about. vodacom shop somerset mall referred me to Somerset West. I took my phone to Vodacom shop repairs in Somerset West, and explained to the consultant in the store that the phone has long been giving me problems but could not come to them due to lock down. Warrantly of the device expires in this current month but there was nothing I could do. To my suprise There was a fee of +- R10 500 that I need to pay for the device to be fixed. As far as I am concerned my phone should still be under warranty and there shouldn't be any costs involved, given the fact that the device is still less than a year old, no damages. I called Vodacom repairs on *** and was referred to the store where I booked the device. I was transferred to the store but didn't get through, I also tried numerous times to contact the store but no one picked up the phone.
