Repairs bad service

Handed phone in for repairs, paid R4000 for repairs. Called after 3 days asking if phone fixed. Was told can collect by lunchtime. Arrived at store 1:30pm. Waited 45 min to be told can not find the phone. Then they found phone but still not finished. Now they can't give me time when will be done. Messing me around and costing me petrol. Manager not available when asked to talk to one. Owner also not available.
