******* repairs and then blame it on the customer so they can charge
Sent my samsung watch in for repairs to Vodacom while still under warranty, got it back needed to send it back again. Now a few months later, i use it for the first time in a swimming pool it switches off and vodacom want me to pay??? you guys didn't seal it properly and are now making it my problem?

25 Oct 2023, 17:15So just an update. Vodacom wants to charge over R6000 to repair my watch, when you can buy a brand new 1 for R3999. I really dont understand the sense behind this? lol
