Repairs

<p>I bought a phone from Vodacom on contract, not even 3 months later the phone stopped working. I took it in and they sent it away to be repaired, had to continuously check online to see how far my phone was because they did not update me on progress, only to find i had a R3700.00 quote waiting, when i went into Vodaworld, i checked the job sheet and my phone was handed in with no issues, got the phone had a huge dent and scratch on the corner and that is why they dont want to repair, had a fight with the manager who didnt really care, and said she would send to the vodacom repair advanced centre, to take a look and see what they can do, and again ive had to find out about my phone myself, now it comes back saying a quote is awaiting approval R3876.00 (how can it be higher? and how can it be more expensive than the first quote!!!!!) Absolutely ridiculed at this and the way Vodacom treat their customers . i have been waiting almost a month just for my phone, and lets not mention i have a 5gb contract with them as well, but only use 2.5 giggs and says that all the data is finished and has been used!!!! they are pathetic!!! regret my decision to have contracts with them!!!!!!</p>
