Repairs?

<p>Ok so now vodacom was suppose to get back to me about a previous complaint and still nothing... Now today i phone repairs as i took my cell in on saturday for repairs - Phoned the shop they said the phone was despatched on monday to repairs and today the repars tell me my phone was only recieved today - This i would understand if both locations wasn't in JHB but they are!!! Nobody can tell me whats going on and then the agent gets rude when i want answrs- That is my personal beloning i want answer. and the best when asked to speak to a manager - Oh sorry they already left. Vodacom has the worst customer servies - What am i suppose to do if they can't even answer one complaint and now i am on 3 already... It is pathetic</p>
