repairs

I booked my phone in for repairs and the mother board was replaced as I had problems with signal, besides that there was nothing els wrong with the phone, when I got it back I had a problem charging the phone I contacted repair call centre same day as when I received it from the repair centre and re booked it.Now its costing me the pay for something they broke. I was told to escalate it but this also is of no use. Vodacom repair centre sucks.
