Repairs ????

What should I do if a phone has been with Vodacom Repairs Cresta since the 17th September and they cannot now locate it ? <br> <br> Job No : ***1 - handed in 17 September and returned not fixed on 19 October. <br> <br> Job No : ***4 - returned 06/11 - phone would not switch on after going through the quality assurance team etc <br> <br> Job No : ***2 - handed in 07/11 and confirmation received that phone could be collected at Vodacom Repairs Cresta on the 13/11, I went to collect the phone today but its now 'lost' .. I handed in a Sony Experia and an Iphone is now on this call reference.<br> <br> 2 Months later and no phone - Phone was 2 months old when it was handed in in September. <br> <br> Please advise action I should take ..... PLEASE !!!
