Repaired within 48 hours??
<p>I had taken my Sony Xperia X in to Vodaworld on the 19th December 2016 for a cracked screen, the agent that assisted me said that I need not worry about the timeframe as it would have only taken 48 hours to carry out the repair. 48 hours went by and I called the ********** number to follow up, the call centre agent had said that it would in fact be a timeframe of 10-14 working days and its past that timeframe already. They are awaiting parts and no one can give me an ETA.</p> <p>I have borrowed a spare phone and should have already returned, I need my phone repaired as soon as possible and cannot wait any longer. I would like someone to contact me so we can get this resolved!! GET THIS SORTED OUT NOW :(</p>
