Repair Turn around time.

I took in my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 for repair as it is under insurance. Its been over a week and I don't understand why Vodacom have to take so long to repair or replace my device as this is a product I am paying premium prices for and my life is not the same if I don't have my phone for so long. My work is interrupted, my study and entertainment yet I pay so much for a premium insurance service and device.

I am so very disappointed in Vodacom for this inefficient repair service!!!

I am now convinced that Vodacom is determined to ruin my life. Going 4 weeks now for a single phone repair and not even an effort to contact me via email fully knowing that they have my phone.

I will be exploring the legal options I have for this inconvenience. You cannot disrupt someone's livelihood in such a manner and just think that's ok.. The least you could have done is given me a replacement device if you knew repairs were going to take this long!!!!!
