Repair services are bad

Wow where do I start ok first time I took my S7 edge in for the screen had a line running through Vodacom fixed it right before I took it in... Like the ad shows on TV the guy let's his phone slip in water it's fine same thing happened to me. After Vodacom "fixes" it the phone dropped in water this time water goes through the phone screen messed up.power button messed up too anyway my phone was still in working order but my camera couldn't work right I take it to Samsung first just to ask for advice and they inform me they don't want to open the phone as Vodacom will shift the blame to them but as the technician can see the phone was not sealed correctly when the phone returned from repairs I inform Vodacom about this. This so called technician tells me why don't I go back to Samsung let them fix it omw it's Vodacom problem not there's right he says to me it will take R10000 to fix and I'm like normal response your kidding I have to pay Vodacom for something that they messed up that shouldn't have happened anyway the phone goes in as he can hear I'm getting irritated I picked up my phone yesterday I was told it's beyond repair they can't fix it but this I the messed up part the phone doesn't even go on anymore it's worse than it was when I took it in so Vodacom this is my first stamp of not letting the go you will fix my phone till it given to me like I gave it to you
