Repair s for a damaged phone

<p>I took my to vodacom in jabulani mall on the 26 of June 2016 for repairs on a damaged screen . I was told that my phone will be ready in 3 weeks and that they will col me in 3 days to tell me whether my claim has be approved or not. 3 days passed the was no col or SMS of on them. On the 12 of July I called them, to my surprise a cliam has not been sent to the insurance people. They sent it after I called them. On the 13th the insurence called and told me my claim has been approved and I need to pay R600 for access. On the 2nd I called them to ask I'd my phone was ready for collection, I was told the engineer will start to fix it that day. On the 24th I went the myself, I was told that they can't find my phone, they will ask the engineer. Why do I have to push people to do their job. </p>
