Repair refused

My phone was forgotten in the sun and when I returned the LCD screen had many cracks. The phone is still under warranty but Vodacom Eastgate refuses to repair it and are arrogant about it!. They come up with excuses that it has physical damage but the front glass has not a single scratch on it.
