REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE BLACKBERRY

Problem with a blackberry 9720. First 9720 was replaced during 2013. Have same problem as now. For the past 7 months phone gives problems by freezing. Vodacom, Shelly, Krugersdorp and Welkom over this period told me to took the battery out for several min. and it will be ok again. This I had to do for 5 - 6 times per day to use the phone. Phone was handed in at Vodacom Port Shepstone for repairs and phone still under guarantee. They could not fix it and send it to blackberry in Johannesburg. Message received that I must pay R855.00 for repairs as the charging block is damaged. Phone charged normal whilst in my possession before handed in with the so called damaged charging block. I was also informed that the bb9720 is a problem handset. Blackberry try to make money and this needs to be reported. Job number ***2.
