Repair on phone been returned 4 times

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I booked in my phone for repair last month for a issue with the phone turning off, When I received the phone back it had tiny scratches on the phone and it charging and battery sensor was completly broken, When removing the battery the phone will lose about 20% power, I let the phone drain to 1% and turn it off and put it back on charge then it shows 38%, turn in back on and it goes off and into a boot loop, when connecting the charger it still shows 14%. I booked the phone back in and when it was returned it did the same thing again. I asked them to book the phone in again and I got a sms that it is finished at the advance repair centre and on the way to the branch. This morning I received another sms with a different repair number saying it is on its way back to the repair centre.<br /><br />What is going on at this so called advance repair centre? Changing the support number the whole time as well is also extremly frustrating seeing as you just reset your SLA time, I have not signed for the phone since I booked it in for the second time on 6 May, thus according to me you have had the phone for 11 business days and I would like to know when it will be repaired.<br /><br />Please do not let the branch phone me seeing as they are actaully trying to assist me, this issue is at your so called "advance repair" centre and I want a manager from their to phone me and explain what exactly they do in these quality assurance checks and how many times are you going to do the same thing before repairing the phone</p>
