Repair made to faulty product

Vodacom still hasn't dealt with my previous complaint about fixing our faulty device. And lenova went ahead and fixed the device despite us telling them we wanted a new device as it was sold to us in that condition. We received the fixed device today and we not happy at all. Extremely disgusted.
