Repair Item returned un-repaired, call center have no idea why
I sent in Samsung J4 Core which was purchased at Game Midrand for repairs. After 2 weeks I received an sms saying "repair item is ready for collection". when I get there, to my shock, the handset was returned as is, not repaired, with no repair report. Game Midrand had no idea why, and was just happy to return my item
I called Vodacom Repairs, and again shocked to hear I must re book the fone with its battery and back cover. the items they require are built in and could never be removed.
Then I was told to book in a different technician will look at it
What is this really?? From both Game, and Vodacom??

I was asked to re-book, this time with its accessories. it cant be battery and back cover, as these are built in. Then the operator, Thelma, guessed earphones, charger, box, etc, I really am not sure how will these help Vodacom repair my hand set.
I again hope that Vodacom understands the fact that chargers are the one thing that everyone uses at home, and not sure if I had returned the correct one. I did not mark the cable as I never thought you will ask for it
