Repair issue not resolved for six months after damage from repair centre

I am not getting fair treatment and service from Vodacom, who still retain my cellphone after repairs to my handset was bungled with additional damage that did not exist with my initial submission of the handset for an insurance screen replacement. I have not had use of this handset since such repair in July 2017 after it returned from repair with a failure to retain an SD card for which I am being unfairly required to replace a board at my cost for a damage I am not responsible for. I have visited the repair centre many times for a solution with management, logged a string of solution requests with Vodacom Solutions call centre, to no avail.

With the four high usage contracts I have with Vodacom, I deserve better treatment.

The outstanding repair job I am referring to is ********** 1

Several other complaints that I have logged with Vodacom via the Solutions Centre and ********** are simply being ignored.

I cannot see myself as a future Vodacom customer beyond the expiry of the four contracts
