Repair delays

I left my Samsung tablet to be repaired at the Sandton Vodacom Repair center on 23 February (Job number: ***3). Two months later, and after numerous follow ups, I keep being told that Vodacom is awaiting for a part to repair the device, with no completion timeframe being provided So while I don't have a device, Vodacom keep on debiting my account. So am i to wait for 6, 12 or 24 months before I received a repaired device? surely I should be given a replacement.

Reviewer Update
I had collected my device from the Sandton store on Friday, 6 May.
When I did not receive my S Pen with the device, I enquired from the Vodacom consultant who mentioned that Vodacom does not take in accessories with the repair. I informed him that the S pen was not in my case and hence I would have left it with Vodacom when I brought in the device. I informed him that I will take a look at home but that Vodacom had taken it in as they needed to test the S pen as well. I confirmed with him on Saturday 7 May that the S Pen was not at home and that it must be with Vodacom. I requested that he search for it in store. I have not had a response to date and it appears that this nightmare of an experience is not ending.

kindly look into this matter and advise.
