Repair deadline not met & Service unsatisfying
My Samsung S5's camera was not responding, requiring a hardware replacement, with the phone still covered by its 1 year warranty. This seems to be a very common defect in the S5 models, which would also lead to Samsung being at fault, since they did not investigate, recall or replace fhe faulty handsets. <br> SubsequentlyvI handed the phone in on the 10th of June at the Bayside Mall Vodashop.<br> I was told that the repair would take 5 to 7 working days, which meant it would be done by 22 June, taking public holiday and weekends into account. <br> The sms confirming the phone's booking only arrived on the 11th June, followed by notifications that it was in transit to Tygervalley Vodashop and then that it was received, in the repair process and awaiting parts. The following few days the \awaiting parts"message was repeated"
