REPAIR CLAIM OLD SALVAGED DEVICE SOLD TO A PAKISTANER BY VODACOM ! FOR A DEVICE I PAID FOR !

Hi ,

I Just spoke to one of the Lady's , and my problem was not resolved. I had a claim done about 3 years ago on contract ***. this device was salvaged by vodacom repair store in port elizabeth , Greenachers.

This device started checking into my Google account in beginning of this year , but did not take much note of it .

However, today I noticed that my whatsapp has random Pakistan contacts saved , when i checked , this device seems to be ACTIVE every day on my google account ! According to my knowledge and understanding this device should've been destroyed ? or if used for a second hand phone , my data should've been wiped clean from the phone ..... clearly this is not the case and vodacom has broken a data privacy / breached my privacy as this person in Pakistan is connected to my google account where all my debit / credit card details are linked to , my password , etc.

furthermore to this , i paid legally for this device , and now this device is located in pakistan ? Is my devices sold to them ? a device I PAID FOR !! is vodacom clearly in under the desk with salvaged phones ?

i am very very disappointed and disgusted by this !

i will not leave it here , i want records of where this phone went after the claim/repairs , and if all Legal steps was followed as i will be involving more people within 5 working days if no records of this phone can be proven !
