REPAIR CENTRE -WAITING OVER 14 WORKING DAYS

I have booked my P8 in on 01/06/2016 for screen repair in Alberton New Market and was informed it would take 14 working days for the screen to be repaired.

It is now the 19th WORKING DAY and I had to contact the repairs head office numerous times for feedback and have spoken to Cynthia Kgasela on Tuesday who informed me to contact before Friday for feedback regarding the phone. I then spoke to Siyabonga Mthembu yesterday and he informed me that they need to wait for stock from Huawei as the phone is in replacement and he can’t give any time frames on turnaround times and feedback. He also informed me that the feedback was provided to the consultant at the Vodacom repairs branch in Alberton New Market, Lumka however he could not provide me details as his system was all of a sudden offline. He did want to grant me the opportunity to speak to someone higher than him when I requested to speak to the team leader (Cynthia Kgasela) who I spoke to on Tuesday or manager (Deakatseng Mavundla). I don’t understand how the team leader can answer the call center line. I even asked him if they cannot provide with a phone from the store and his response was they can’t as the phones in the store is for the profits of Vodacom. So I have to pay for a phone that I don’t even have. VERY AWFUL SERVICE FROM VODACOM.
