Repair centre repeating same line : warrantee void
I have been a client with Vodacom for about 7 years now
always paying bills on time keeping them happy, because they
are my service provider.

But now after 7 years it is the first time I have a problem with a phone currently a Sony Experia phone
that is about 1 year 7 months old. The usb pin in the phone broke off in the charger and therefor
I cannot charge my phone.

To explain. My phone has a plastic cover that I bought from Vodacom and a Screen guard from Vodacom. There are no cracks or scratches on the phone, no water or dust damage on the phone, all parts are original and importantly, there is only one way to connect the charger. I do take care of my phone seeing that it is something I value, because I have to pay money for it every month.

The only problem I have with it is that the usb charger pin of the phone broke in the charger and that was my only request to Vodacom to fix, I did not ask or confirm in any manner that any other part of the phone should be repaired. They now billed me for other repairs to the phone, not setting out the cost of any repairs done only a total cost.

The only explanation is that the phone provided by Vodacom is of bad quality!
